Sea Breathe at work

Sea Breathe technology is already revolutionising marine industry in North America, providing a viable alternative to traditional boat maintenance and repair, and allowing yachtsmen to spend more time where they belong - on the water rather than out of it!

Sea Breathe Deck Units are an essential first aid kit for boats, making it easy to clear a snagged propeller

Whether the craft is large or small it will need regular maintenance - to remove barnacles, touch up paintwork or effect repairs to rudders and propellers. Traditionally this has required the expense of lifting the boat and attending to it in dry dock, with all the loss of amenity that this involves. Scuba diving is too cumbersome and does not allow enough time below the surface to make it a viable alternative, but Sea Breathe is different.

Getting underneath the problem

Sea Breathe is light and flexible, allowing anyone from a maintenance man to a DIY yachtsman to effect repairs simply under water. With the two diver deck or float unit it is even possible for two people to complete more complex tasks quickly and cheaply, drawing air from above the surface for an extended period. As you can see in our latest case study this also has special potential in maintaining private swimming pools without the need to drain the water, which saves money and is kind to the environment too!
